Terms and Conditions

1. By sending Easy Video Solutions your media you confirm that you either own the copyright or have permission to have the contents converted/transferred.

2. Media used will be DVD-R unless requested otherwise.

3. Work will only be started once payment has cleared. If you require a fast turnaround Paypal is the preferred method of payment.

4. Every care will be taken of your tapes, however Easy Video Solutions cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.

All return postage methods used carry insurance.

Liability will be limited to the cost of the media (video cassette) and any funds already received.
