Our Order Form and Edit Sheets are PDF format. A free PDF reader may be downloaded from here.

If you don't have a printer, don't worry. You can either email us or make a note of your requirements and send that along with your tapes. Please clearly state Name, Address, Email and clearly label each tape (tape 1, 2 etc) and note your desired format. If you require editing make note of the start and end time code of each clip you want to keep on each tape. We recommended that you send your tapes by Recorded Delivery.

Please include a signed statement that you have permission for copying/duplication.

If you are unsure of the price, email us first with your requirements and we will give you a quote.

Credit card payments can be made through You don't even need a PayPal account. Simply complete the order form and send along with your tapes. Upon receipt of your tapes we will send you an invoice via email with a direct link to make payment. *Please ensure your email address is correct!
